Because global organizations, leaders and teams - like ecosystems - are interdependent, my holistic, systems approach to consulting helps organizations consider all potential stakeholders, channels and perspectives when defining and activating their social purpose. Fostering a deeper a connection with nature, my approach to coaching facilitates mindfulness, cultivates curiosity and helps clients gain self-awareness, align actions with values and lead with intention. If budget allows, we can also hold meetings, trainings or retreats in a natural setting and incorporate experiential, adventure-based, team-building activities.
